  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure food safety and hygiene standards, the following items from our collection cannot be returned:

  • Cheese Tools & Knives (due to potential food contact)
  • Chef’s Clothing (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bar Tools & Beverage Accessories that show signs of use

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process
