The classic three-rivet design is equipped with high-end materials for this purpose and continues the perfect workmanship that has made Solingen cutlery famous all over the world over the past centuries. For example, the blades of these exceptional knives are made of X50CrMoV15 in full tang construction, which offers a well-balanced ratio of edge retention, rust resilience and good resharpening ability. Through the elaborate forging in Solingen handwork, the solid blade blank is additionally optimized in the structure, then hardened to about 58 HRC and finally provided with a fine satin finish. The ergonomically shaped handles made of domestic walnut wood, are extremely comfortable to hold and complete the harmonious overall picture.
